Business Growth Strategies (BGS) was founded in November of 2010 by Brett Lazar, a business advisory expert with over 25 years of experience working with complex, high-growth organizations.

Over the course of his career, Brett has:

• Demonstrated his ability to bridge tactical and strategic initiatives to drive optimization and success.
• Helped to build world-class organizations through the seamless integration of processes, people and technology.
• Exhibited thoughtful leadership through effective communication and collaboration within organizations.
• Built a solid reputation of financial and ethical integrity.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the F.W. Olin Graduate School at Babson College. Additionally, as a reflection of the best-in-class service provided by BGS, Brett holds certifications as an Intuit Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, a Xero Certified Advisor, and is part of the Concur Advisor Program.

Brett lives in Marblehead, Massachusetts with his wife, and together they have three children and two Labs.

Brett is the Assistant Treasurer the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor.
